Course Title:
Prophetic Drama and Story
Course Number: 1.2D
Instructor: Jeff Bender
Course Length:
6 weeks / 60 minutes
Course Overview:
This course is designed to introduce students to the nature and purpose of Prophetic Drama and its expression through Story. Emphasis will be given to both the theoretical and practical aspects of these two subjects. We will seek to answer “why” an understanding of Prophetic Drama and Story is important; and also “how” to give informed and insightful expression to both. For the Final Project, students will have the opportunity to create, produce and perform a theatrical piece implementing the principal values of Prophetic Drama and Story.
